Preserve is a lovely bi-annual journal on the the intersection of food and sustainability. Filled with stories and interviews of food growers, harvesters, preservers, anthropologists, historians and chefs from across the world, we discuss foodways, how food nourishes our bodies and souls, and how we get back to sustainable food systems. A nice journal size, great paper, photos, art and words. If you worry about our unsustainable food system, this will soothe your soul.
